Adjusting Eggs and Birds in Flock Production

Problem: A production week's numbers are off and you need to correct the eggs laid or the bird count.

1. Open Hatches → Flock Production and select the week (row) to adjust.
2. Edit Actual Lay Count to record the eggs actually laid, and Quantity for the number of birds in the flock.
3. If the breed-template defaults are wrong for this flock, adjust Projected Lay Rate and Projected Hatch Rate.
4. Save — availability recalculates (Available For Sale, Available For Hatching).

A week flagged Underperforming means the flock is running behind its projected rates.
