Generate Hatch Day Summary Reports

Problem: You need a summary of what's hatching on a given day to plan picking and packing.

1. Open Hatches and select the hatch date you want to summarize.
2. Open the Reports menu and choose the Hatch Day Summary.
3. Set the date (and any flock or breed filter), then Run / Print.

The summary pulls from each flock's hatch day and set percentage to show expected chicks by breed and type for that date. (Confirm the exact report name in your build — report menus are configurable.)
